Customer Reviews
Me and my wife was tired of the city life in Austin Texas. People playing music. People being so very rude Neighbors not even knowing one another's name. With this stressful living we went looking for a place that we could live in peace. Yes I know what some will say. I am not living in a rv. Me and my wife brought a 2 bedroom RV. It is very nice we went looking for a quiet place to live. We saw the Garfield rv sigh and we looked around. It was very clean and for me personally. The on sight manager Mr Tyson went out of his way to help set me and my wife up. He did so much for the to get our new life together. The office ladies are super awesome. And willing to to work with you if you have medical issues like I do. If you are looking for a new place to live I would.a place where you can live in peace. A place that has.an on sight manager to help you. A place where you.will.not have trash all over the place. I truly recommend Garfiield Rv park..Dont.just take my word come out and see for your.self There are only so many slips left
Hello this park I give a 4 rating on the scale as quiet comfortable, the guys manage the park well discreet and harassment as I seen other parks. Close to Austin. The looks of the place is the right price no resort kind of stay. But it's perfect everybody is nice minds there own business. This is a good park controlled they run it really well. RV park might even be the quick put together technically speaking.👍
Great quiet place and friendly atmosphere. Very helpful staff. When you have a question or need help with anything Tyson Maynor has all the answers. Although, the wifi is spotty, it's a great place to stay.
Great place to live. It's nice and quiet. We have a 6 year old boy and a baby boy, we felt very safe for the oldest child to play outside he even had friends who came over to play. We never had an issue. The neighbors, the manager and the landlord are very friendly.
It's reasonably priced (for the location), but the place floods badly with every rain. There's no laundry or other amenities. The landlord is weird and ornery (but I never saw him, just talked on the phone). The lady on site who takes the money was nice, though. The neighbors were all very friendly, and most were quiet (but several had barky dogs). Mostly good neighbors, bad neighborhood, I guess you might say. Also, since the park is so casually managed, some of the long-term residents there had gardens and such, which was nice. It's pretty close to Austin and Bastrop, and on a major route, so it is conveniently located. It was the only place with a vacancy near Austin when I got to town, so I stayed a couple of months, but I was very happy to move out and I have no intention of going back.
