When I decided to go backpacking across newfoundland I knew I would run into some very kind and generous people.. But never in a million years. Did I expect to find such a kind gentleman out of campground.. This gentleman has probably the best Rv Camp ground That i Have stayed at and Gerald went above and beyond Bonnie was fantastic. The place was amazing and again. They did nothing but cater to my needs and help me in any way they could. As a backpacker, I would stay here again and I would recommend it to anybody in the world, awesome awesome awesome place

Easy access off of hwy. We stayed there 11 days and the grass was never cut. They finally cut it the day before we left. Bugs were really bad. I would not stay there longer then a few nights at a time. Owner and staff were very nice. It was close to grocery stores, liquor store, restaurants, gas stations and entrance to Gros Morne National Park. A little expensive.

Other than a lack of privacy (being an open field) this park has full hookup, electric car charging, showers, laundry and an ice machine. A decent spot to stay.

Rolled in at 7:15 pm after driving all day, weary and looking for a place to pitch a tent before dark. We were welcomed by the campground owners and made to feel well taken care of after a long day. Very nice little camp site, well serviced and across from the Insectorium. We were protected from the high winds that were blowing under a well built canopy with a picnic table. Highly recommend it.

sites were level, operators seem very nice. Had to find them office was closed period, open but not opened for business, lots not maintained, self check in, pick your own site, no info given. wash rooms toilets not cleaned for 2 days we stayed, out of paper towel for 2 days, toilets dirty for 2 days, good location for Viking trail but right on highway, lots of noise
