We just needed a single night on our return from a month long road trip. If we had been staying on a weekend in summer we might have felt differently, but mid-October we practically had the place to ourselves. The bathroom and shower were without question #1 of our whole trip, super clean and showers were really great. We enjoyed walking on the Hennepin trail, had I know we might have budgeted more time to explore more or take a canoe out. Laundry also looked great but we didn't need it.
This was the perfect little campground for our weekend in Geneseo. To be honest, we weren't around the campground much but when we were it was quiet and clean. They have a neat game room, bikes for rent and even though we didn't need them, the showers and restrooms were very clean. We will definitely be back when we have more time and we will bring our bikes to ride the trail.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Staff is very nice. Bathrooms are clean. Hardly heard a peep from any other guests. Only noise was some from the road which isn’t ideal for camping but was by no means a deal breaker. Would definitely return.
We just went there now in the cold. Everything was very clean, the bathrooms were in very good condition. We spent a very pleasant family weekend. Everything we wanted. Highly recommended.
A nice place to stay if you want a full hookup with your RV. Close to the city of Geneseo or about 20 mins to Quad Cities. Nights are quiet. There were a lot of campers during our stay.
