This campground is by far one of the nicest we've stayed at. The staff was all very friendly and the campground was very well maintained. It is right in the middle of the Avenue of the Giants scenic road. We loved it so much we came back on our way home from Oregon the following weekend. We will definitely be coming back again.

Great location! Its right off of the Avenue of Giants which is a very popular scenic drive through the Redwoods, with lots of hiking trails. We stayed in an RV site. Campground was very shady, quiet and right next to the Eel River (which has an easily accessible swimming hole). My son, who is 11, enjoyed swimming the in river (water was warm!) Easy check-in and camp host was very friendly. They also lock the gates at night which is nice.

Beautiful spot overlooking the Eel River. Hosts were friendly. Site was clean. Great star viewing! Quiet. Restrooms and shower were very clean and roomy. Walk to the river was short and beach area and river nice. Good swimming hole.

This was our third vacation in as many years with Giant Redwoods RV and Cabin Destination. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay each time. The staff is knowledgeable, courteous and helpful, and the campsite is clean and pleasing. We highly recommend it to anyone who wants to stay near the Avenue of the Giants in Humboldt county!

Entrance really welcomes you in, super helpful staff ready to help. Easy check-in and store has all the goodies. Great shaded sites under the trees and access to a South Fork Eel River which our dog loved playing in (also appreciated the enclosed dog park for him to run around). We ended up staying 3 nights and one day ventured out with some friends we made at the campground to Founders Grove, which was magnificent. Campsite even hosted a movie night one night while we were there. Bathrooms were pristine and regularly cleaned and showers, just amazing. All the stars for this location, would definitely stay here again.
