This camping site is amazing, we did the trail northbound from black sands and it was our first stop for the day, during the summer days it can be pretty expose but you can hike into the canyon and get some shade, be careful because we saw a rattle snake, great for sunset views and star gazing at night! make sure to filter your water, and enjoy your stay.
