A wonderful couple own this site with 6 full hookups. Bucky and Ms Garnell. That's about it BUT.....they are adding a dozen or more spots in the future and this site is within walking distance to stores, gas, tavern and a small fishing pond. Lots of photo opportunities with deer thanks to the beautiful apple trees. Very quite and enjoyable. I highly recommend Glenwood RV Park.
It doesn't look like much. Just a side of the road stop in a blink and you'll miss it town. But the owner is a super nice person. The sites are level. Full hookups at each space (power, water, sewer, wifi) and the power is 50/30/20 at each space too. It has a nice view of the mountains and is close to the catwalks. It also has a short walking trail behind it. At $30 a night you can't beat it.
We’ve stayed there over the last few years and the owner is awesome and always checks on everyone, lots to see in the area . Catwalk, Alma cafe(great food ) , mogollon mining ghost town, Gila Wilderness, and more country then you can even imagine ! Fishing, hunting , ROV trails , Hiking . Enjoy
Great out-of-the-way spot right on the highway. Not much traffic though so very quiet. The campground owners were very friendly and gave some great advice on local attractions. Definitely worth the stop $30 for full hook ups is a great deal.
Small place. great host. Right in the village nightly Rate are very good. We enjoyed our stay. Planning to come back we are thinking about retiring in Glenwood or someplace close by.
