Glowing Palms RV Park, llc

Beautiful, brand new campground. We stayed overnight in our camper van whilst exploring the Big Bend area. Zim, the owner was very professional and accommodating and let us stay last minute with no reservation. The property is quiet, just off US 98. The campground itself has level spaces able to accommodate any size of rv with full hook ups available at every site. The road and sites are a hard packed surface of shell and gravel with concrete pads and picnic tables at each site, so no dirt gets tracked inside your vehicle. Most importantly there is a comprehensive drain system so that the whole camping area remains dry at all times. The sites are well landscaped and the trees are wrapped with electric lights that provide soft illumination at night, hence the park’s name. The owner is also the Mayor of the small town where the park is located and obviously cares about the area. He had the pad at our site leaf blown on our arrival and had a lot of recommendations as to local places to eat and visit. There are currently no shower or bathroom facilities but they are under construction along with a future splash pad zone for families to enjoy in the Summer. If you are looking for a spotlessly clean, convenient and modern campground whilst exploring the Cedar Key area and beyond, then look no further than Glowing Palms.

Nice clean new RV park with great potential! Newly planted trees and bushes will only make the park more inviting. Easy access off of Hwy 19 and a short trip to Cedar Key to dine or enjoy outdoor activities. Onsite laundry and one shower/bath. Friendly staff! We will stay again if passing thru the area.

Great new RV park near the Springs, Cedar Keys and more. Great value all inclusive pricing. New private shower house restroom and laundry. I would suggest this park to anyone. Owner very accommodating which means alot in today's times. Give them a call👍

Beautiful new RV Park. Level full hookup sites with a nice picnic table on a pad. Nicely landscaped. Friendly owner and staff. The beautiful glowing trees at night are very picturesque. Several Springs and Parks nearby, and close to Cedar Key.

Zim welcomed us and showed us our tent campsite. We were able to get showers in the new restrooms and even do laundry, which was greatly appreciated since we are cyclists and needed to wash out kits. Zim checked on us in the evening and made sure to stop by in the morning. We appreciated his hospitality and facility.

Glowing palms Rv at night is definitely a sight to see with most of their trees light up at night is just beautiful! I would highly recommend this park to anyone it’s beautiful, clean, dog friendly and quiet. Not knowing where we were, trying to make our way home and calling the closest place to us with having truck issues we found this place and they had no problem at all accommodating us very last minute with somewhere to stay. Many thanks to the owner for all his kindness and hospitality it was much appreciated!
