This is a very nice place to call home for a while. The staff and neighbors are very friendly. The water went out in the middle of the night and they resolved it first thing in the morning. I also had to move out abruptly. They were very understanding of the situation and gave my deposit back.

We had a tree fall the other day (nobody was injured). Debbie and Dave Rose came right out and stayed until it was completely dealt with. They have addressed any repairs needed quickly and with a smile. I have to say that the new management has made a lot of progress here in the park. Debbie and Dave Rose are working hard to make this the place we want and deserve. They are very reachable and approachable, unlike others in the past. Thank you, guys!

Great family friendly park. Debbie and Dave do a great job and go out of there way to make things comfortable! The well pump recently went out and they were right on top of it. Working late in the evening to get the water back on! Not an easy task. ☺️

I went earlier today to look around the park and see how it was. It was well kept up on and very I mean VERY quiet for a all age park 👌🏼. The manager who showed me around was very friendly and professional. With that being said this place deserves a 5⭐ from a visitor.

I absolutely love this park.I have lived here 4 Yes, and yes, there has been problems up-and-down. But Debbie and David Rose are working onot as much as they management. Not so much, but everybody has a job to do. Even the people that live in the community also have to help each other out, but it is a wonderful park.. This is not a paid advertisement. If people complain about the managers, maybe those people should try to manage parks because it's not easy. When you have 30 to 40 trailers, all complaining about something you know. Managers have to go higher up to get things done. Sometimes it's out of their hands. That's just the way it is, and people ought to be more understanding. Like I said, sometimes you gotta help your neighbors or help each other.That's just common courtesy.I've done it.My neighbors have done it for me.As I said it is a wonderful park..
