Hiking
Good for kids
This site is the more boring of the 3 I visit on this hike... However it's a good spot for a 1 night stop so you can keep the wear and tear off the legs between lawn lake and upper chipmunk. The first site you come to has the best water access where the 2nd one has better toilet access. Yes open air toilet... Still no fires... Less downed trees. Campsites are pretty sandy be prepared to use sand spikes or weigh tent down with rocks.
