Beware price reflects exactly what you're getting into. I was thinking about that. Gordon Ramsay hotel Hell!! I thought. Wow! What a good deal. The lodge looked nice from the pictures a little dated, but that's to be expected. We were just looking for a place for the night Even though the room had some faults, water damage in the bathroom no soap in the kitchen an old sponge A. crock-Pot and old cup under the sink. This place gave off more of a long-term motel vibe than a lodge. we were willing to overlook it. We even decided to stay an extra day... Just because it was convenient. That's when things got interesting. I was confronted the next day at the door by 4 guys asking why I didn't pay. This was a surprise since I went into the office and paid that morning. The guy I paid was standing right there looking at me. It ended up being the wrong room. Still no way to treat any customer, even one that is possibly overslept or God forbid at a medical emergency. You could always call. We give you a phone number when we check in or come to the room respectively. I will never come back to this place again and was extremely embarrassed. I should have asked for some type of compensation, but from the looks of the establishment that would not have happened There was trash on the ground and spread around the property a dilapidated swing set hey broken telescope horseshoe pit no horseshoe equipment. Last but not least The guy at the front desk smelled like cigarettes and looked like he hadn't taken a shower in a couple days. I really see a lot of potential in this property and hope management steps up and makes critical adjustments Best of luck!

2.5/5 Stars – Would Not Stay Again The hotel had a few positives—clean sheets and decent beds—but overall, my experience was disappointing. The biggest issue was the dustiness; the room felt like it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in a long time. The equipment is very outdated, and the heater may not even work, as I couldn’t get it to turn on. The walls are paper-thin, making it hard to sleep due to noise from neighboring rooms and we are talking about hearing toilets flashing and people walking. Parking is limited, and to make things worse, I was woken up at 10 PM and told to move my car to "no parking" spot—something that was apparently allowed but no one told us that at check in. Between the lack of upkeep, noise, and parking frustrations, I wouldn't stay here again though proximity to the lifts is favorable.

This is a really cute place, just not clean. Walls were visibly dirty and needed cleaning and mirrors as well. They either need a better vacuum or it's time to shampoo the carpet (although it isn't visibly dirty). The chair was stained and looked very gross.

Double charged deposit, denied responsibility after seeing screenshot (see image for yourself). $116 stay costed $316 and they can't explain why I was double charged, only stating the '$100 deposit' would be returned, completely avoiding the additional $100 charge. I'd avoid giving this place CC info.

Great place big patio picnic area, great location 5 minutes away from snow summit resort, rooms have full kitchen, fridge, sink for dishes and of course best of all the fire place, 1 queen size bed, a pull out bed in the living room and full bathroom, I would definitely be coming back here again.
