Traveling up through Canada and stopped here to camp on our way back home. Extremely clean restrooms! And the pool was amazing after a long hot drive. Docks if you have a boat, are available. Very friendly owners. Definitely recommend.
We stopped here for 1 night on an RV trip to Maine. This was our least favorite place of the 6 RV campgrounds where we stayed. Everyone is right on top of each other. When our neighbor pulled in we were so close together we had to move our car so he could pull into his spot. There is no one really watching the campground either. There were a bunch of young men sitting in the road right outside our campsite, no one ever said anything. There's no one watching that good are leashed and the dump is up hill and kinda far away.
We went camping here and got put in one of the worst camp sites I have ever been in, it was right on the highway (route 5) and across the way was the rest of the camp which were blaring the news and being rowdy until late. The campgrounds is full of seasonal and long term RV spots, not a bad thing but notable. If I wanted to camp on the side of a main road with cars driving by all night I’d do it in Burlington and not pay $60 to do it in Alburg
I basically grew up at this campground 55 years ago. We we started there we 6 campers. Sad to see it so over populated. Teach there own but I am not at a campground with about 25 campers and plenty of space to move around.
Made a reservation, that we had to cancel, which we did on phone with their agent. This person confirmed cancellation. Then my credit card got charged $25 per night as they said they had not record of the cancellation. Not impressed with their service and would not recommend this campground to anyone.
