  • "This was an amazing new RV park. It is new so they are still working on the final touches, but if they continue it will be a great stop. We stumbled upon and only stayed overnight. Would have loved to spend a week. Clubhouse, bathrooms, showers, and laundry were spotless and of course new. Enjoyed the views from the west deck of the Rockies. Bob and Holly were great hosts. Will stay again."

We were the third camper they had and we were highly impressed with every aspect of this campground. Even though they were barely open, we were welcomed by every worker we met. We were evacuated from a campground in Loveland due to fires, and Gopher Gulch came to our rescue! The facilities are gorgeous! The buildings are beautifully designed and decorated, and the pond area is a great spot to fish or just hang out. Once the landscaping has been installed, this campground is going to be stunning. We will definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to other RVers.

Extremely overpriced at almost $100 a night with tax, and they will cancel on you after staying for a couple weeks without any notice. They lied and said my pop up camper wasn’t winter proof when it has a 6” thick aluminum roof and is solid thick walls with a furnace, gas stove and heat. They told me to leave. I would not call this a family place nor would I ever stay here again. They also said my hose wasn’t high grade enough when it was never hooked up in the first place and laid on the ground. My camper is a 2012 by the way: they had no problem letting me stay and pay almost $2000.

Love this campground. The staff is amazing. My grandkids loved the playground, all the games and the golf course. The buildings were spotless. (Big TV, swings a great play area for kids) Also they have dog parks for your fur babies.
