Stayed in the single cabin 2 nights. Very cold AC, comfortable bed, plug in for a fan/charger, auto lights on stairs, clean, no bugs. Thoroughly enjoyed! Camp grounds very clean, friendly staff eager to help and will stop by and ask if you need anything. I got golf cart rides to bathrooms. Ice on site. I couldn't say anything negative about my experience!
We will NEVER go back here again!!!! Third year for a group to go and we are done!!! The cabins are HORRIBLE and expensive! Bunk beds can be 3 high with ladders up there and NO rails on the sides! One of our people rolled off during the night to the hardwood floor! In another cabin the high up loft bed only had about 2.5 ft of space. No way to even sit up. Even divided between everyone in a cabin it still ended up being $200/night. We stayed with our 5th wheel camper and wanted some local friends to come over for dinner and we had to pay $40 PER PERSON for them to enter just for 2 hours! And it was a struggle to do that because the office said “no one was supposed to check in on Sunday”. You had to check in to visit a paying guest for 2 hours! I could go on and on about the unreasonable policies they have! Horrible people in the office!!! One great thing is the place is very clean!! Again, WILL NOT GO BACK! Lots of other much nicer places with decent prices and nice people!
Best service I have had on the Elk river! We have floated the same day every year for the past 6 years and out of those this time was hands down the best! The river was a little lower than it usually is which is normal for July, and the staff at Gracie’s asked us if we wanted another raft to help with the lower waters so we didn’t have to drag as much. Never have I been taken care of before by any of the companies that only float the lower half of the elk, as well as hauling our coolers from our trucks to our rafts. It was just an all around better experience. These guys know customer service and take care of their customers not to mention.THEY ARE THE CHEAPEST COMPANY TO FLOAT WITH! Sincerely impressed and we will be back!
We had an amazing weekend at Gracie’s! They easily accommodated our group of 74 for our annual family float trip. Very kind and helpful workers. We will definitely be back!
It was an awesome trip!! They were so kind and welcoming. They even offered us an additional raft after seeing how many people we had to float! 10/10 would recommend!
Andrew has been kind, organized and more than accommodating when I spoke to him several times about a large group with multiple needs booking for this summer. He was even able to change our reservation with a weeks notice to help accommodate our group. We haven't been yet, but if everyone at Gracie's is like Andrew, I know we will have an amazing time!! So looking forward to kayaking and staying at Gracie's this July!!
We always have a great time a Gracie’s! The customer service is excellent. They have security all night We felt very safe. The DJ was awesome as well. He played our wedding song for us on our anniversary.
