What a fabulous find this was. This place is not only beautiful, it's quiet and easy access into Moab and the national parks. It's a first come first serve, $20 for the night. There are picnic tables and fire rings at each site. 16 sites in total. There is a park host who makes his rounds every day and also a law enforcement person driving through. It's cash at the gate in the pink envelope. There are two sets of toilets on site.

A great campsite, first come first served, beautiful scenery, quiet and safe at night. The campsite is opposite the trailhead and very close to Moab. $20/night is so cheap!

My girlfriend and I camped here twice over a week long overland trip. Both times we got the same spot. Clean, well kept sites with multiple bathrooms and a dumpster. The sites were decently spaced. It was easy access from town and remote enough to have amazing views of the stars at night. Being right on the river was great! We will be coming back here

Great location, not far from Moab, but way too much traffic at all hours causing lots of dust. Across from Grandstaff trail head, which is convenient. We were in a 25' TT, with plenty of room. Next to the river but no access for kayaks. Clean restrooms.

Beautiful! $20/night. Trash and bathrooms. No water, so bring your own. Sites fill up early and very limited. Great hiking and bike trails from the campground. Right on the river.
