I feel bad giving 3 stars because I can see the effort and care that went into this place, but it’s also been maximized for capacity, at a great loss. The tent sites are literally on top of each other. No privacy. No sound barriers. The sound of the highway and the house next door (on the other side of the thin layer of trees) really detracts from a camping experience. There’s nothing to do. No trails, no water front, nothing. Half the “campground” is year round tiny homes? Yes, the bathrooms are nice. Donny was nice at check-in. But I was hoping for more of a rustic / quiet camping experience. None of the reviews reflect this, so I’m making sure it’s known .. this is a very small parcel of land with a maximum number of campsites on it. Thank goodness the campsite above mine was unavailable. I would have heard them swallow their food.

Stayed at the campground for 2 weeks and the staff was extremely friendly and hospitable. The facilities were always clean, smelling good and fully stocked along with the entire campground. Fellow campers were also friendly too. Highly recommend this place for the night or longer!

Very nice Campground. We appreciated how clean and maintained everything was. The location was super close to most things in the Lakes Region with the Campground being located right off Rte 106. You could hear some cars at night but wasn’t that loud. I think Next time we might pick a different site for a little more wiggle room within the site. Great stay!

Great comfortable place to camp with electric, cold water, and super clean bath house. Dog friendly and no frills. Highly recommend. One of the rare places your dog is welcome. Thank You!
