If you are looking for a fancy place with pools and amenities, this isn't the place. If you want a great place to hang your hat with decent sites and full hookups, you won't be disappointed. The staff here is just great, friendly and very helpful. The food is great, with ample servings, and do not skip on the homemade pie! We had a slice of pie every night during our stay it was that good. I would recommend this place for a night or two, we stayed four nights in order to rest up.
This KOA was very nice for a quick stopover and my wife was very complimentary of the young lady staff checking us out of our site. She was pleasant and super efficient; in fact, it was our quickest checkout of any KOA we have ever stayed. We will definitely stay here again.
We had a great overnight stay at the KOA in Grants, NM! It's far enough off the interstate that we couldn’t hear any noise, which made for a peaceful stay. The trails at the back of the park were a great bonus, offering a nice little escape. At check-in, we were pleasantly surprised with fresh baked cookies—such a thoughtful touch! I've stayed at over two dozen KOA’s, and this was a first for me. The staff was wonderful, and they were especially kind to my son, which really stood out. It’s always nice when people treat him as a person, not just a little kid. The wind was strong the night we stayed, but that’s beyond anyone’s control. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again if the opportunity arises.
We have stayed here twice in the last few years. Very friendly, helpful staff. The fun part about this campground is the delicious food delivered to your door and the fantastic homemade pie! Very nice at the end of a long day of driving. Also very pet friendly!
Great stop over for the night. Clean and well maintained. Nice staff. Very quiet. They deliver cooked dinners if you want and a free pancake and cereal breakfast. Would definitely stay on our way through again.
