Green Acres RV Park

I have a RV space here in the park, I decided to stay for a long duration because the park is quiet and clean and very clean and well taken care of. The one thing I love about this park it is off from the main road and nobody really knows that it’s there which makes it nice and quiet and peaceful. It’s a really beautiful park. Has a beautiful dog place for your animals to go and run and play you clean up after yourself. The animals can run around off leash or on leash. the people are friendly. The management is so nice Cheryl and Paul take really good care of you if you have any questions or you need any help just go to the office. They’re more than friendly to help you get anything you need or help you with anything you need. The summertime has a nice little swimming pool has a nice laundry facilities coin operated. It’s really clean. They take really good care of it. There are no public bathrooms so you have to have your own bathrooms.

Super nice facility a couple miles away from the noise of I-5. Nice dog run and landscaping throughout the park. The owners are very friendly and provided excellent communication for arrival. Very nice wide and long cement pad sites.

Watch your wallet! 😞 I'm going to share MY experience. Working with Cheryl at the park office she insisted on a deposit for a spot in the park, so it was paid, a specific space was requested i was told she would let me know because it was reserved, the next day she called and because of cool april nights the park would fill up quickly and the $700 space rent needed to be paid asap or she couldn't guarentee me a spot of any kind until the end of summer even though I already paid my $200 deposit. Cheryl insisted I pay in advance so I paid the $700 space rent for the first month on April 13 th with the reassurance from the park facilitators that my rent would begin on my prearranged and agreed on move in date of April 21st then would be prorated. I have e mail proving such, but my prorated date was from the date of the actual $700 payment of April 13th not per the agreement and agreed on date of April 21st. When I brought up I was shut down quickly and treated as if I were ignorant. I later brought up the issue with the owner his response was your responsibility started on the date you paid the $700, even though it's in writing when possession was to take place and payment was only made under duress and insistance from Cheryl. Though the park is clean, security is good, and people are friendly, I urge you to be aware the staff doesn't hesitate to misrepresent them selves at your cost. If you plan on staying for any length of time except gossip and unrealistic criticism. it's a clean safe place but the staff appeared to be completely comfortable with unreasonable control and misrepresentation that benefits them. Life's lessons.

Loved this place and the manager is very kind. Met some other campers at the dog park and had an enjoyable chat while our dogs played together Amazing Wi-Fi speeds from our site!

Nice park. Quiet except the train, but even it was not too loud and maybe only came through twice. Cherie (SP?) at the front office was very sweet and helpful. It's a small park but had some pretty big rigs in it. The tenants are all quiet, and their spaces are well kept. There's lots of green areas for dogs and a pet park. It was clean and easy to get into our spot, which was a back in. We felt safe there. Sewer, water, and power are available at a reasonable rate. Thanks, Green Acres, you made our trip home all that much nicer.
