I guess they are under new management now, the staff threatens campers and are rude. They definitely do not welcome non seasonal campers by any means and staff patrol the street like police and yell at you for every little thing. All amenities except pool were closed all week for the kids. Staff will chase you down to tell you that you broke a rule that’s not posted or on the website. Will NEVER return. Pool house bathroom dirty hot and full of bugs. Could be a beautiful fun campground but the book of rules and rude staff ruins your week and makes you just want to pack up and leave.

The location was beautiful and well-maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was an obvious mix of long-term and short-term campers. It had full hookups and everything worked as it should. I would definitely go back.

Oh boy camping in a trailer park. Everyone driving golf carts completely obliterated from alcohol, everyone has a shed and a deck with camper set up almost permanent, the place screams drunken trailer park and any good reviews are from the drunks more or less, super strict security watching you , making you feel watched and guilty of something wrong..... Feel like camping in a parking lot with drunks, super packed and very few weekends sites only in the blazing sun. Good sites are rented to the waiting list for yearly renters. If you enjoy traditional camping avoid this place like the plague. But many people like that style of setting up in a trailer park and call it camping.

I’m sure it’s great if ur a seasoned camper but as a weekend guest you feel like ur staying in a trailer park more then a campground. Staff is nice but super strict. They watch u like a hawk. For the price the amenities are great. Most likely won’t be back but had a decent time while we were there
