LOVED this spot for our family reunion. Shady, private, easy access. Downsides are some highway traffic noise, some boating noise, the huge double sinks backup easily. Request the traps cleaned before you come.

Fantastic Shasta Trinity National Forest campground spaces are $10 per night disabled is $5 per night with the access pass. Lots of noise on the lake during the day you could hear Highway 5 in the background we've been here six days absolutely loving it. Some of the people as with all campsites in a little Rowdy let their dogs run but what can you do. Garbage is always an issue at a campground without a camp host or a regular maintenance crew cigarette butts beer caps bottles we always clean our spot everything that was here when we got here. So is a good thing to leave no trace and make it look cleaner than when you arrived. Would we come back and stay definitely.

I come here to run my dog. With the lake down there is a large open area. It's been real smokey due to the three fires that surround this area

Group site has 17 spots, running water and flush toilets. All spaced out so you can get your own spot under the trees with lake view
