I've been telling people about this place for years. The host was an absolute Joy ♥️. The land was well-maintained and beautiful and the woods were pretty vast but I found a stick wall and added to it

The lady was very nice! The camping spots were very clean! Had a great time and when go camping again we will be coming back!
We recently stayed here and couldn’t have been happier! We had the entire place to ourselves, which was nice, but not necessary. Our two young campers (age 8) loved the open space, the creek in the woods, the fishing pond and the frog pond. Owner is super friendly, and even goes so far as to use old boards to fill in space in the campfire bins so that you really get what you pay for! The grounds were immaculate, and the portables, but the 2nd cleanest I’ve ever experienced. We’ll definitely be back!
This place is right outside Columbus and very spacious and quiet. My kids LOVED the chickens and ducks!
We had a wonderful experience at grins and pickins! We made a last minute decision to go camping and they were able to accomdate us, as well as had timely communication. The grounds are prestein and you can tell they really care about their property. Each camp site has its own picnic table and fire ring. We loved being next to the pond and were able to fish. It seemed child friendly, but also allowed for adults to have a good time. We will definitely be back!
