*INTERIOR PHOTOS OF READY TO CAMP TENT INCLUDED* The campground is absolutely beautiful! My husband and I booked two nights at a ready to camp site and were pleasantly surprised with the accommodations. The sleeping quarters are divided in half with two waterproof single mattresses on each side of a canvas divider. It amounts to a total of two double beds, really. 4 waterproof pillows are included, you just need to bring your own linens. There is a prep counter, decent sized mini fridge, drawers stocked with a plethora of food preparation items and all of the glassware and tableware that you will need for your stay including the propane for the stove, you really only need to bring your cooler of food! Each unit gets a designated hand trolley to cart your stuff to the site (not accessible by car) and you can buy additional wood for the fire pit for around 10 bucks, there was a pile already there when we arrived. The height of the cooking grill above the fire pit is adjustable, which was very handy. The main visitor center has m/f bathrooms, 4 toilet stalls and two shower stalls in each. These facilities are pretty well maintained and I never experienced a wait to use them. There is electricity at the ready to camp sites, but important to note there are no outlets to plug anything in, the power is strictly for the lights, mini fridge etc. There is an amphitheater attached to the visitor center with some outlets if you need to get a charge on your phone, lots of people were doing that. Now for the negatives. The website is absolute garbage and very hard to navigate and find information for your stay. Also the cost, it is so expensive! After taxes and daily park entry fees, our two night stay cost a fortune. Docked two stars for these reasons alone as it was that bad, but the experience once we arrived for our stay was incredible.
Amazing campground, an oasis away from the city. Also the price is very good for what you get. Earliest ferry however arrives at 10:30am
Nice spot for urban camping. You can still hear the city and see the light. Very small camping lacking a little of privacy. It's fun to relax one day or two without packing the car. The ready to camp tent have everything you need. You just need to bring food and a sleeping bag.
my favorite camping site in big montreal area. clean and safe. best service staffs !thank you Julie and other sepaq friends!
On Grosbois island: the farthest to the east. Amenities are present as well as a mini convenience store. One can rent different floating gear.
