One of the key draws of the Group Camp is its specific location isolated from the main campgrounds (Chase Point and Lodge Campground), offering enhanced privacy. While it is accessible by vehicle, the drive-in nature of the site, combined with its seclusion, provides a uniquely private experience. This isolation has been highlighted by previous campers as a major benefit for large groups who prefer a dedicated space away from the general public. Visitors should note that while secluded, the park office and other main facilities are a short drive away, providing convenient access to park services when needed.

Customer Reviews
Great fishing spot. Very secluded. Only problem we had was random peoples camping who isnt a part of our group. But the park rangers came and took care of it.
One of the better rustic group camps I have seen in the MN park system. Site is very large and there are a few spot with power as well. You have great views and are right on the Lake. The spot also has a fishing pier and canoe rentals. The site is isolated from the main part of the park.
