Customers who have stayed with us have shared their experiences, highlighting both the positive aspects and areas where we can improve. Many visitors have appreciated the multiple fire pits and the open space that allows groups to spread out comfortably. However, some have mentioned challenges with privacy in the restrooms due to code locks, as well as the presence of paths through the site that can be used by others at any hour. To address these concerns, we are working on improving signage and exploring ways to enhance privacy for all guests.
One visitor shared their experience: "We loved the multiple fire pits and the open space, but found the bathroom code lock an issue. There were also paths that went through the site, which made us feel less private. Overall, it was a nice spot, but better signage could help." Another guest added: "Keep food put up! We had some critters around, but overall, it was a great experience."
Despite these challenges, our Group Campground remains a popular choice for those looking to enjoy the great outdoors with family and friends. We invite you to come and experience Moose Lake State Park for yourself. Whether you're an experienced camper or new to group camping, our facilities and location offer something for everyone.

liked the multiple fire pits but also wish there was a central one, lots of open space, but bathroom had this code lock that you can open even once someone has gone inside so people kept getting walked in on, does not work with kids on site, there were also 3 paths that weren't part of the group site that go through the site anyways so people walked through at all hours, overall it was nice but could be a little less confusing with signs maybe, lots of little critters, keep food put up
