Was a very nice looking campground. Had a big pond with a dedicated swimming area with a huge slide into the water. The campsites were nice especially along the water. Be careful when driving in towing your camper as the correct road in is not marked well and you can end up in someones driveway with no way to turn around. We did it without our camper and couldn't imagine having the camper behind us. Overall it is a nice place.

Very basic. Yes, needs some updating. But it is pleasant. Quiet. Grounds are kept up. Owners are accommodating and very nice. Other campers are friendly! Swimming area is clean and enjoyable. Fishing is fun in the lake. It's nice to walk around & have campfires. It's perfect for us as it is close to fly fishing the Delaware River and the town of Deposit is a hop, skip, and jump away. Our older kids even love it.

Guestward Ho Family Campground is a lovely setting on the edge of the Catskills. My family and friends camp has occurred there twice and both times we was treated exceptionally well. The campground is neat. The facilities while a little dated are in fine working order and are well maintained. Diane and Dana are very nice hosts who do their best to provide a positive camping experience. I would happily recommend this campground to any level of camp experience.

I only visit this particular campground a couple times a year for a few hours because I like to catch some relaxation time with my sister and her friends. They have been permanent campers here (for years). During the week it's pretty quiet. There is currently a fee of $3 per person (not per car) for a couple hours visit. This changed over the years with new owners. I'm not a "camper" and can only comment from a visitors perspective. Kids do have a play area. I see a horseshoe pit and a building by the water for parties/picnics. Many use golf carts to get around. One lane dirt roads with lots of bounce. People are friendly and wave as they pass by, even though I'm not from here. Nothing is level so where your sneakers.
