Many uneven sites and after having some issues we were moved to a different spot with great customer service. The new owners are very approachable and truly want your stay to be memorable!! The pool was not heated, but felt great after working in the sun all day!!
Very small lots, mostly full time residents. Not good feeling when I drove through I would not stay there.
The. Old manager lyn was so rude and nasty the way she treated people I'm surprised anyone would live here, but now that she is gone the atmosphere here is a whole lot better with the new management yes the lot rent went up quite a bit but they are improving the place. I was going to move and sell but I'm not going anywhere now
I've lived here since 2018. Since Lynn[former manager] has been replaced and new owner's have purchased the park lot fee has gone up alot. But security gate has been installed,the clubhouse has been updated. New manager is very approachable as the former manager was rude,crude and obnoxious. Alot more events and activities since new ownership. I'm very happy here. Even with the lot fee going up try buying a house like I did here for the price including the lot fee. Unobtainable anywhere else.
