We had excellent stay here for a month, great view of East Bay from our lot Row2 Lot 9. Manager was great, laundry room, hookups and cable available Hookups are 50amp so we had to get an adapter. We really enjoyed the stay!
Re located to Panama City area for work and we are full timers and needed somewhere ASAP, Jenn was booked but after talking and explaining the situation she made it happen and here we are few months later and endless time to come. Contacted the campground and Jenn did everything possible to make it work and provide us a safe place to call home. She is wonderful with checking in on you, making sure everything is going ok, very respectful and responsive to communication. The campground sits on the canal area which is beautiful to walk along or watch the sunset/sunrise. She I Always finding ways to provide fun and memories for children. It’s a very small knit type of family campground. Definitely pleased with our time. Jenn is definitely what makes the campground.
We used to rent a lot from there until we started speaking to other tenants (multiple) & every person was paying a different amount in “rent” whether you were short term or long term. we decided to move (Thankfully). We were told the manager that is no longer the manager had been fired and evicted due to theft (a huge amount) from the RV park. We are very fortunate that we were able to see early on that she was a shady manager. Hopefully the park gets better & improves!
We love everything about this campground. The views are breathtaking (we watch dolphins from our living room window), the playground is perfect for kids to run and play safely, the other residents are friendly, but Jennifer is probably the best thing here. She’s made us feel welcomed and loved. 10/10 we highly recommend!!
To those who just left reviews leaving one star and complaining about not being able to get in touch with anyone, you're probably some of the most fortunate to not be able to stay here. I came to this area for a two-year assignment when I moved into this park 2 years ago it was flourishing beautifully. That Beauty has long disappeared. The park is basically nothing more than a mobile home park with rv's. The park is made up of road base material, and for those that don't know, that's just a mixture of dirt and rock that they use on roads before they lay down asphalt. Muddy when it's wet, dusty when it's dry. There's very minimal grass. The water is good, and the power is okay. Now on to the park. The previous manager was evicted, and the new manager is virtual. In the last several months, the police have been called to this park far more times than one can count. Unfortunately, drugs have moved into this park. This park used to be an old mobile home park that someone or an LLC had bought and turned it into an RV Park. There are still some really nice guests here. Those of which have fallen victim to the deteriorating park. More guests than others do not understand common rv park "etiquette." They still insist on walking between rv's and through your "camp." I hardly ever leave reviews, but when i do, they're brutally honest.
