As first timers, it was a great spot for skiing and tubing. No large crowds when we visited. Buildings were somewhat modest and didn't overpower the setting, which is a good thing. Casual atmosphere great for families. We rented ski equipment and took a ski lesson. The instructor was somewhat elderly but was patient and gave good instruction. After 4 hrs we were good enough to attack the least challenging slopes!

We had our wedding at Gunstock. The venue was amazing and staff really went above and beyond to make our day special. Everyone enjoyed the food and we really appreciated their willingness to work with us on customizing the wedding details for us.

Gorgeous place and very helpful staff at the rental place. The man that works down there (name has escaped me, but tall, glasses and knew about birds) explained everything to me for a small winter hike and my options for bird watching if my friends went skiing. Never got a chance to as we were late to the Mountain, but he painted the imagery of the sites well so well. I will 100% be back because of his suggestions. If it jogs your memory, I had a big camera with me for bird watching. If I remember/or someone comments his name I will edit my comment

From the first moment we started our wedding venue tour at Gunstock, we knew it would be the perfect venue. Not only do we have a personal connection to the venue and skiing, but we felt welcomed, heard, and important from the start of our process! The team at Gunstock was so friendly and made us feel special! I could not have imagined a more perfect day and would recommend this venue to anyone.
