Nice park. Mostly quiet. Just occasional dogs barking but there were only 2. Owners would just put them outside and leave them. Other than that management is good. Nice people. It’s clean. Power goes out frequently and water rarely. Be prepared to dry camp. Generators only allowed from I believe 8am-10pm. So again, be prepared to run fridge on 12v and LP. You can receive packages but not mail. There is a passcode protected mail room. I like it because it’s available 24/7. Don’t have to wait for office to open. There’s no general store or restaurant available at the property but town is literally about 1-1/2 miles away. Grocery stores, coffee shops, gas stations etc. And there is also a pub/restaurant at the east end of the block. You could walk from park entrance to front door would be maybe 3 minutes. Likely less. Overall good place. But very expensive. Hope this helps.
Nice RV park in a beautiful location has a pub beside it which was just OK fairly basic food. My biggest issue with this resort was the amount of cats running around made for a very unpleasant stay for my dog. All of the staff drive around with cans of cat food in the back of their golf carts. It may be a cat culture here, but they should at least let you know. Big-time full-time resident Campground. Seemed quite communal didn’t really have any use for outsiders like us. Bathrooms were just OK paint falling off walls, giving the appearance of being dirty, even if it was clean.
We really loved staying at Half Moon Bay RV Park 🌙❤️ we called & made a reservation the day before, & the camp host was so nice. Full hookups, easy parking, spots are close-ish to each other but private enough for me! The location is amazing. I'm from Las Vegas, so I've really never experienced anything quite like this!! Beach is a 10 minute walk away, there's a dog park super close by, cool foggy mornings, adorable town within walking distance (maybe a mile? Nothing crazy). There are a lot of cute & unique shops in town too. Definitely glad we stayed here ❤️
Good location ~ 1 mile walk to beach and biking/hiking. Great communications with host Lisa she was amazing very quick to get back to you. Quiet location and felt safe. The only issue I had was the spot we were in was tight and then when someone pulls in next to you…..you are facing each other. What I mean is when you come out your door you are at your neighbors door. Not sure why they are set up that way but you don’t have any privacy. If you sit outside and your neighbors are out you are in each other’s space. I don't mind a smaller space if it is our own space. This is the reason why I gave them a 4 star....because of the set up. Other than that it is a nice park for location, quietness, feeling safe and great communications.
Great RV park the staff is very friendly and the lots are pretty spacious.. it is a bit pricey but the surrounding area are beautiful. Very nice place to keep an RV the weather is always cool and great for sleeping no AC required all the lots come with electricity included.
