I’m staying at the Hampton Inn on business for the majority of November. They have been amazing since I first got here. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Kyle is the gentleman at the front desk that helped me. He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable here. Very patient, courteous and professional. I can’t thank him enough for how good he has been. Everyone I’ve encountered that works here has been polite and professional. This is a great hotel, run very well and definitely worth the stay.
Worst hotel I have ever stayed at… I would compare it to a motel. Beds were spring beds with no extra cushion work up terrible each day. You could hear everything next door as simple as them moving the hangers in the closet!! Break fast was terrible they only had egg and ham as main food. The hotel is so close to the freeway which has probably 10-15 homeless sleeping. parking is $40 a night or if you come in a group $20. Definitely not worth it especially for the price!
I called to ask if the room had a refrigerator and microwave since I had purchased some food on the way . It was around 11 pm , I was driving in town to attend my daughter’s College Graduation the next day. The young man who answered the phone was very rude and had a bad attitude. He responded “ have you ever been here before”? AS IF I WAS DISTURBING HOM IN HIS HOME!! When I responded no I have not , he rudely said “ then you need to go to our website and see what we offer” Then HE HUNG UP ON ME!!!!! When I arrived at the hotel it was noticeably dated, location was hidden around a dead end bushy area. The room was dates, furnishings need updated , the nightstand and lamps had obvious DUST, the sofa and chair was filthy ,needed upholstery cleaning or just replacement , I could not sit on them. The bed was comfortable , shower was good, the CARPET DIRTY had to keep my shoes on when I walked on it.
Was put on the first floor. In the middle of the night there was loud music from outside the hotel and people talking. Room was fine for Hampton inns. Young man at front desk check in was also nice but clearly new as he didn’t understand how Hilton honors member points work. Not a big deal.
Stayed here for the boat show while working. Seems like it was recently renovated. The only downside was the coffee selection and no creamer other than the little cups, which I hate. I would definitely stay here again.
