Hampton Inn Cartersville

My stay would have been much better if the representative would have properly checked me out. I gave her the credit card to use for the charges but she charged the wrong card. When I called the hotel to get the issue corrected no one answered the phone. I called about 7 times and the phone just rang. So then I called the Hilton 1-800 number for help, they called the hotel for me and they could not get an answer either. So they opened a claim for a member of management to assist me. All I can say is check your receipt before you drive away. I looked at my receipt, but I didn’t catch that error. There was also trash and food on the floor but we didn’t see it until we moved the ottoman. We were staying for a volleyball tournament and it was such a nice event. I wish the accommodations could have been better.

We had a great stay. The room and bathroom were large, clean and comfortable. Upon checking out very early, before their breakfast hours, Tyrone made a fresh pot of coffee for us and gave us two micro muffins and bananas for the road. Great customer service, Tyrone! Thank you!

Stayed here 15+ times. The hotel is in dire need of renovation. It isn"t what it used to be. The staff appears mostly new, at lrast to me, and is...just showing up to do the minimums. Rooms are not serviced daily even if requested multiple times. Recent stay for three nights the breakfast area was missing multiple items and dirty, sticky tables. Had to request clean towels. Had to go to the front desk to retrieve toilet paper. The parking lot and front entry were disgustingly trashy, cigarette butts, trash, leaves, in need of a pressure wash. The front entryway trash receptacle was overflowing the entire stay. The entire hotel has gone downhill. There are other hotels in Cartersville that are neat, clean, convenient. This hotel is not up to Hilton Hampton standards by any stretch. At this time I'd suggest stay elsewhere in Cartetsville even if it costs a bit more. I do not recommend this Hilton Hampton.

Really nice place! Extremely friendly staff especially Tosha on 2nd shift has been the best hands down!! And breakfast is wonderful! I also wanted to say that Claire at the front desk in the am, she made the check in as smooth and quickly as possible!!!

This place is not worth the price paid. At 60 dollars a night, fine but at 166 a night, why bother? The rooms are literally disgusting. Staying here is like staying at a cheap apartment because you don't have a choice. Hilton must be going downhill.
