This is a nice hotel, the staff is friendly and does seem to actually care about their guests, a refreshing change from other places I've stayed... Room was a bit small for a family of four but it was clean. Breakfast was a pleasant experience, eggs and waffles available everyday with rotating meat options (sausages, chicken patties, bacon as well as the usual kinds of cold options, coffee by the front desk was kept fresh and it was delicious. Also took advantage of the pool and hot tub. The location suited my family and I just fine being close enough to anywhere we wanted to go without being too close to the chaos of rush hour traffic. An overall pleasant experience!

This Hampton Inn is nice. The employees were nice. Our room was clean, but unfortunately, the walls apear to have little to no soundproofing. You can hear everything that's going on in the rooms around you (including bathroom visits) and the hallway. The included breakfast was better than others I've had. There were four juice choices, a few cereal choices, bread, English muffins, mini scones, muffins, eggs, sausage, and two types of waffles you cook yourself, along with toppings to add to the batter. The indoor pool is nice, although we found the tile around the pool to be a little slicker than expected when wet.

The first room we were given had an issue with the toilet and it kept making noise for hours.. they were able to switch us. Ok thats fine, whatever. We went down to the hot tub which was clean but felt more like a heated pool. Not hot enough to have any helpful effect for what it's intended for at all. Rotten fruit in the morning for breakfast. I need to stay somewhere for a week. I'm leaving today. I need fruit for breakfast and I can't sit in a hot tub that isn't hot enough to help with my fibro. Gave stars for the fact that the staff is very nice here and did try to accommodate. But if things aren't maintained by the owner, guess there's not much left the staff can do.

This is going to be a long but informative post....... My family of 3 and small dog were here for several months due to construction in our home. We checked in at a time when they were remodeling and just as summer started. Some of the amenities, such as the pool, were not available for a few weeks. SUITES were roomy, and more basic rooms were nice and clean. There were some issues with the rooms due to the construction, but they were quickly addressed. BREAKFAST buffet had a sizable and tasty collection of hot and cold foods for any taste. Breakfast was also available at more convenient hours than most hotels I've been to. LOCATION is ideal as it is in the vicinity of several restaurants, Dunkin, Cumberland Farms, BJs, and Walmart. It is a busy area and a busy hotel, as is expected. NEGATIVES were that they would have a lawn company chemically treat the grassy areas every few weeks. Some treated areas were more obvious, but larger areas had very small signs several feet apart that were not noticeable until you were on top of them. The chemicals can be harmful to dogs and humans, hence the signs. My dog had a skin reaction more than once. They should alert guests accordingly. AND, some of the guests can get a bit noisy in the evenings as they hosted a few kids' sports teams. The staff, however, were quick to address concerns in this area. All of the staff were friendly, courteous, and attentive. The beautiful sunsets were a bonus.... We would definitely return.

Pretty good hotel. Nighttime staff was very friendly!! Room was clean…breakfast the next morning was fresh and good.. i was not once thanked the following morning for staying or greeted by front desk staff. Otherwise it was a good stay. Close to just about anything, and parking was perfect.
