Hampton Inn Crossville

We stay here several times a year while visiting family in Crossville. The rooms are always clean, staff are friendly and service-oriented, and the entire hotel quiet. The rotating breakfasts are great. The reasonable pet fee ($50 for 1-4 nights) is much appreciated.

Check in was easy - Janet was very friendly. Our room was quiet & clean. Beds were comfy! The gentleman managing the breakfast area was sweet. He kept everything stocked & clean.

So anytime I book a hotel I always ask for a pack of skittles on my pillow. It rarely happens. So let me tell you when I went to my room and had a gift box of skittles I was taken back. MISTY who works the front desk went above and beyond. It's was amazing. Had all the skittles this man could handle, even with a little note. "Here is a skittles something to brighten your day" from the Hampton Inn. Bravo amd thank you thank you. The staff was amazing all weekend.

We are a military family on our way to Fort Belvoir, VA. We were stranded in the area due to our truck breaking down at the bucees, we had it towed to an auto shop. The part we needed for our truck was not arriving until the next morning. We called the Hampton Inn and they had a room left and agreed to allow our 130lb great Dane stay as well. The front desk staff was very kind, the room was very clean and quite big for a king room. After a stressful day at the auto shop we just wanted to shower, eat and sleep. It was exactly what we needed. Most hotels do not even give our dog a chance due to her size even though she is VERY well behaved in hotels. We were extremely grateful for their hospitality and understanding. Despite several hotels close by it was REALLY quiet. We loved this hotel, we recommend it to anyone!

Very clean and great staff at check-in. Beds were a little hard, but otherwise comfortable. Breakfast was above average. Would stay again.
