A little over priced my opinion, but it was clean and cozy. The service was incredible, especially jeff at the front desk. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Would give more stars, but that nightly price was steep.
This hotel is the best! There isn't anything that they could do better, in my opinion. Everyone there is so nice and helpful. Trish, Sheri, Sarim and Jeff are awesome. Prior to checking in, I read how great they were on the reviews. Initially, I was a little skeptical at first. However, immediately upon check-in I realized this hotel is as good as the reviews stated. It is truly AWESOME. Everyone is so professional, friendly and it truly made my stay fabulous. I will definitely plan my next vacation to this area in Crystal River because of how wonderful this hotel and staff are. I feel confident they can suggest things to do in the area and make my stay extremely comfortable. Breakfast is sooo good, too.
Always know I'll have a clean room and hotel when staying at this chain. Lobby staff here are all great. Also, I usually do not eat hotel breakfast. However, I enjoyed breakfast here before work.
