Great location, friendly staff, and overall very clean. The only negative was that the shower could have been cleaner. It appeared to be dated and needing attention. The breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We would stay here again.
This hotel felt like a 5 star! The service was friendly and courteous. The breakfast bar was fresh with a great variety of food to choose from. The room was super relaxing and peaceful. The beds were extremely comfortable and there were so many amenities to enjoy.
Spacious and comfortable room. Near Interstate 40 and another cross highway, so you can hear faint sound of traffic. I really appreciate having chicken sausage in morning and scrambled eggs for breakfast as I don’t eat pork. The staff is very friendly!
This was a fantastic hotel. I checked in last night with my family and the evening staff was so pleasant! They welcomed our pitbull with so much love and even gave him extra treats! They even gave me a mug for my coffee! The room was very clean and comfortable! All of the staff I encountered were very kind and tentative! As for the breakfast, it was phenomenal! I highly recommend this hotel especially since they’re pet friendly!
For our fifteenth anniversary, my wife and I booked a king room with a whirlpool bath. We were surprised at how large the room was! The ceilings were high and the decor was a fun mix of mid-century modern and minimalist. It certainly didn't look like the Hampton Inns of old, with that recognizable polyester bedspread. The water was hot and plentiful. Our bed was comfortable. The refrigerator was cold. I have no complaints about our stay. Our GSR (Nex? I didn't get their name) was friendly, well-informed, and fully decked out for Halloween, including some wonderful earrings that my wife inquired about. It was beyond pleasant and next time, we'll take advantage of the on-property pool and whirlpool. It was the perfect place to celebrate a decade and a half with my best friend and we'll certainly return.
