Hampton Inn Franklin

The rooms were nice enough, although the floors were filthy and I guess they swept and dumped the trash in the toilet and left it in there. But we didn't get in until very late and didn't feel like switching rooms so we dealt with it. At least we got to see a pretty snow the next morning!

I can't say enough good about this hotel. Upon arriving, I realized that I booked the wrong sunday. So they gave me a very good deal, and I stayed the night. When I tried to cancel through expedia.com. The insurance company would not honor my cancellation.Because the excuse did not fit the parameters. I was almost out a 120. Expedia was able to call the hotel and get the woman to waive the cancellation and refund me my money. 😊😊😊😊❤️ Thank you so much for everything I. Deeply appreciate it I got a wonderful sleep in a comfortable place with a fantastic breakfast. Bless you all

Location is good with a few fast food places nearby, a grocery store, and a gas station right next door. Rooms are okay but the walls are paper thin and there is a huge gap in the door so you are able to hear everyone. However, the staff was very friendly and was able to move us to a quieter area of the hotel.

I have to say for a Hampton inn it was really quite charming and lovely. It doesn't feel like a chain hotel it feels more like a locally owned one of a kind location. I was displaced by hurricane Helene for a couple of days and my dogs and I went there and it couldn't have been better The rooms were nice the common areas were nice and the price was good I was very happily surprised.

Nice place, good breakfast and the ladies at the front desk, as well as the Inn keeper's that we encountered are awesome! We were in horrible weather, driving to KY, 2 cat's and they made a SUPER BAD DAY a little (lot) more manageable!
