Hampton Inn Gatlinburg

The location is great. We had a very enjoyable stay that was made even better because we didn't have to drive anywhere. The cost was reasonable and the room was clean. If there was one thing that we struggled with, it was the size of the bathroom. It was tiny, and the layout was awkward. The breakfast was normal for a Hampton Inn and was hot and plentiful. We were visiting on New Year Day from Florida and even caught a snowfall before we left. All in all, it was a pleasant experience. Oh yeah, did I mention the fireplace? It made the room cozy even if it only stayed on for 15 minutes before it had to be reset.

Anita was an absolute pleasure checking us in. She answered all our questions and recommended local places to eat. We felt like we were coming to stay with Family. Our room is spacious and clean. A big plus is it's newly remodeled ♥️Me and my husband our definitely enjoying our Thanksgiving getaway.

We had a great experience this weekend. The rooms were nice. The staff was very friendly, and the location was great. Would stay here again.

I wanted a hotel in town that had 3 separate beds and this was one of the few options. The room was nice. The service was great. The only complaint I have was the breakfast bar. We waited quite some time to be seated due to lack of staff, and the food was really sub-par compared to the many hotels I've stayed at. I could not eat most of the hot food offered. The location of the hotel was perfect though. Easy walking distance to everything I wanted to see in town.

This was a great room in a perfect location for all the craziness of Gatlinburg! We had a room facing the creek with a balcony, but we could not use the balcony because there is always someone who smokes cigarettes and doesn't care how they affect others. It is very hot and humid in Gatlinburg, so sitting outside is not a great option for us anyway and the heat from the air conditioner unit blows onto the balcony. I wish hotel management would make the entire property smoke free. We loved our room and it was clean and smelled good. The water pressure was good in the shower and the air conditioning was great. The outdoor walkways could use a good pressure wash. We didn't use the pool, but it looked good. Breakfast was good.
