I enjoyed my stay. The location is perfect you can get to the stores and attractions very easy. The room was nicely updated but some of the details were overlooked. The furniture was very comfortable. The linen and curtains were updated. The view from the balcony was relaxing, it was located next to a stream of water. The room (104) had a comfortable king size bed and a nice sized TV. The bathroom was nicely done with the one exception of the sink not having the faucet being placed in the wrong place. The room included a fireplace, but I didn't have a chance to use it because the weather was so warm. The breakfast was well prepared with a large variety to choose from. I can appreciate it very much that coffee and water is available in the front office all day. The front desk clerk (Randelle) was very professional, helpful, and courteous, she made us feel really welcome. I would like to give her two πŸ‘πŸΎπŸ‘πŸΎ for a job well done. The welcome goody bag is a thoughtful gesture when sign in. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be in a great location with great service.

Stayed 3 nights. Location was perfect, right off the main area, but not so close that it was bothersome. Room was clean, and housekeeping came without me asking. Most places you have to ask for housekeeping now, and I was pleasantly surprised when I had fresh towels and a made bed at the end of a long day. Pool area was clean, although the towels weren't stocked every time I went. Outdoor area with firepits was beautiful and relaxing. Bed was uncomfortable and had a huge divot on one side, and this was probably the worst breakfast I have had at a Hampton. Overall, for a budget hotel, this was a pleasant stay!

First impression was a little rough, we waited at the front desk for a good 10 mins before anyone came out to help us, kinda annoying after driving two hrs, I just wanted to get in my room. Not only that but the cleaning staff was in the lounge area, speaking Spanish so loud I could barley think, I thought that was a little unprofessional. However, the front desk recovered by being very sweet, even after my moody attitude. We were given a beautiful room with an amazing view of the embassy's pools that I wanted to jump into, jk. We had a gorgeous view of the running waters and scenery. I loved having a separate room with another TV for my husband and his football. My only complaint literally of the room was the water pressure in the shower. It was very low. But got the job done, so whatever. Breakfast was tasty, everything was clean, my only complaint was the vacuuming in the lobby at 9am during breakfast. I would think it would be more appropriate after breakfast and after everyone cleared out so we weren't competing with a vacuum during conversations. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay here.. two nights three days. Our most important notable point is the pet friendly policy. the staff was kind and attentive. The breakfast and coffee are great to start your day off. a few wishes I had during our stay, wish there was a designated grass patch for dogs to do their business and I wish there was fresh coffee throughout the day. the hotel was quiet and very clean. There are gas fire pits to sit around with quality sitting area, a hot tub and an indoor pool. ALL areas were clean and I did not see one piece of trash on the ground or spills. We did get to see some bears that hang around that area but kept our distance so they did not bother us. We will definitely be back for this quality of stay for price. Thank you Hampton Inn for making our vacation that much more memorable.

Nice hotel with nice room, pool, and outdoor jacuzzi. I liked the jacuzzi with TV outside and the firepits. I only wish the guests wouldn't use the area to smoke marijuana. This happened more than once over our 3 nights there. It kind of ruins the family feel. We got lucky with a room with a view of the creek out back and it was nice to sit on the balcony. The breakfast was standard hotel fare and it was as good as it gets. The location is about 1/2 mile from the strip but there's a trolley stop right outside the entrance. One other complaint was the fellow who checked us in didn't give us a bag with water and whatever else that was in it that we saw every other guest get when checking in. He didn't say anything about breakfast or the pool or any hotel info. The next night we were going to do laundry and needed quarters (only 1 washer and 1 dryer) and we got lucky that they were both available. I think it was the same guy who checked us in but he didn't have a name tag and wasn't wearing anything that identified himself as an employee. He was sitting off to the side away from the desk playing on his phone. It was a bit unprofessional. The next couple days there was a woman at the desk who always greeted us as we were coming and going so that was good. The other fellow needs a reminder to do his job a little better. Overall, good stay and we would return if we ever wanted to experience the crowds, lines, and traffic of Gatlinburg.
