This hotel exceeded all our expectations! We were in town for an all-girls hockey tournament with our 10U team, and it was perfect for our needs. The breakfast was great, the rooms were clean and comfortable with cozy beds, spacious bathrooms, and convenient amenities like a fridge, microwave, and cabinets. What truly impressed us was the pool area—it won over all the kids, parents and coaches. The space was incredible, featuring a large pool, an indoor and outdoor hot tub, an arcade, ping pong, a pool table, and even bubble hockey! There was plenty of seating around the pool and an additional upper level with more seating. Instead of heading elsewhere between or after games, we made full use of this fantastic space. The kids had a blast while the parents enjoyed some downtime. We also grabbed lunch and dinner at the on-site restaurant, which made everything even more convenient. We all had such a great time and couldn’t be happier with our stay. This hotel is perfect for sports teams or families visiting the area. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Sharkees had excellent food, The pool and hot tub were great. Everything was very clean! We will definitely return and recommend. Excellent stay.

Stayed here for my birthday weekend - the number of amenities you get for the price is incredible! My partner and I loved the onsite bar/restaurant as well as the adult-only pool hours. Room was very clean and comfortable!

This hotel was recommended to me by my wife's family as a place for my elderly parents to stay for a couple of nights over the holidays. I checked them in and then picked them up from their room at the end to help with their bags. My parents enjoyed the stay and we left feeling satisfied despite it being very noisy due to all the partying that was going on around them. However, the hotel later charged my credit card $2,250.00, claiming the door closing mechanism in their room had been broken during their stay! I know for sure there was nothing wrong with the door when we left the room. The Hampton Inn claimed someone must have forcibly ripped off the mechanism - my parents are 78 years old! I recommend anyone staying at this hotel to take photos of the room when you leave. If not, there is a risk of being unable to defend yourself against very high charges if they decide to blame you for damage or if something breaks due to wear and tear. I now have to contact my lawyer. I have been travelling regularly on business for 25 years and have never experienced anything like this before.

Interesting policy for sports teams - kids under 18 have to be in rooms by 10:30pm even if accompanied by an adult. Not that big of deal - but we were treated quite rudely when I was with my daughter and she was told go back to the room even though we were eating together and not bothering anyone - seems the spirit of the policy would be for disruptive kids out alone past 10:30, not kids with their parents. Please clarify your sports team policy.
