Hampton Inn Key Largo, FL

My husband and I, stay here at least once a month. We love this location for several reasons. The location is near several really good restaurants. This location also offers one of the best breakfast bars and the private little beach is very nice. You can almost always spot a manatee in the area. The rooms are always neat and clean. Currently the location is undergoing some renovations, but we hardly notice.

This trip was our first time in Key Largo. Hampton Inn was an ideal setting in location and the hotel itself was very comfortable and the staff extremely helpful. Yes, the breakfast bar is the very best and a shout out to Norma and GiGi for their expert handling of the set up. They are both friendly, pleasant, and helpful. Thank you both for adding to our comfort and enjoyment of Hampton Inn in Key Largo, FL.

Our rooms were clean and every staff member we came in contact with was no less than friendly. The continental breakfast was delicious with a nice variety each day. The pool was heated, which was perfect for our January vacation. We truly enjoyed our stay!

My wife and I decided to stay here for a night. When you first walk in you’re greeted by the most friendliest smile and personality of Erta she was very accommodating. The hotel is close to all the water activities and restaurants but could use a lot of upgrading. Overall we enjoyed our evening.

When we first arrived we had no issues. The issues didn't happen until after I had walked the floor of the room. My feet which were clean were dirty. I informed the hotel staff which was supposed to inform management. I would also note that out of the lights that worked in the room, two lamps had burnt out bulbs. The desk chard that was available was broken and no longer functioned with raising the seat or lowering it. As we were not in our room much for the trip there it didn't seem to matter much. The Hotel was in a good area and the beach was accessible but the stones or rocks seems to be in much of the area. During our time at the breakfast there was one construction worker who insisted on playing his videos as loud as possible and for everyone to hear. Someone had mentioned something to him which left with the middle finger being used. It appeared that some of the rooms were under construction and the whiff of paint in the air. You could also get a whiff old beer from outside the rooms. I would suggest to management that a hose be used on the outside for awhile until the smell is gone.
