Our stay at the Hampton Inn Lancaster was great! Our room was spotless and all staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious! Definitely head and shoulders above the rest! It was well stocked, very clean and the staff made sure we had what we needed. We definitely recommend staying if here if visiting the Lancaster area. The hotel is situated away from the hustle and bustle of area attractions but close enough to be convenient and be there in short ride.
In town for a lacrosse tournament. The hotel is pretty nice aesthetically for a garden style hotel and breakfast is solid. But the difference maker is the staff! Dare I say old school customer service where nothing was an imposition and any request was handled immediately by the team. I can’t remember the last time that happened. Kudos to the night auditor, Anita!
Front counter Night Crew was Excellent,They were so helpful when I was having some problems..thanks for your Hospitality. The room Service was terrible my room never got swept..I put the towels out so guess they felt we didn't want room cleaned up or swept
This hotel is in a great location with shopping and restaurants close by. The included breakfast was delicious and our kids loved the mini waffles. We really enjoyed the fact that the hotel provides coffee, tea, and hot chocolate 24/7. The outside pool area was well kept and the patio tables were a great place to have breakfast or chill with a glass of wine. Unfortunately, our room was not clean. Dust on the table, carpet and lamp shades, stains on the walls and bathroom sink. The common areas of the hotel are dated and dirty.
This hotel is close to Route 30 in a quiet, corporate office area. We had a nice stay. The public areas are well kept, the room was clean, and the bed comfortable. The outdoor pool and pool area is very nice and plenty big. We could buy snacks and drinks from the front desk including wine and beer. The breakfast was quite elaborate with eggs, potatoes, sausage, cereal, oatmeal, waffles, and a selection of breads. All in all we got a good price for the amenities provided.
