We stayed for one night and had a great suite with a beautiful view to the west. The suite looked newly renovated. Spacious and well-appointed. There was a slightly faint odor from the A/C unit, but not terrible. For a weird reason, the sheets under the cover were wet at the foot of the bed? Maybe they had been recently replaced. They dried overnight. No biggie! Their breakfast buffet was varied and plentiful. And their staff friendly! Would not hesitate to stay here again.
Recent three night stay was made less than optimum by waking up the first morning to construction noise right outside our window, either drilling or jack hammering, which began promptly at 9 am. Secondly, the shampoo container in the shower was empty which I did not discover till in the shower. Called the desk and someone brought a shampoo bottle to our door and said you can just replace it, we'll that would have been great had we had access to the key required to unlock the bottle. Also we had a handicap accessible room at the far end of the building where there was not a handicap parking spot or ramp to access the walkway to the door we entered. Additionally, no handicap accessible pool where there would be a walk in rather than stairs to enter the water. Would be hard pressed to recommend this hotel to friends or relatives.
Upon arrival, everything was good. Got to our room and saw ants in the bathroom. When I woke up in the morning, they were on the table beside me. Beds were comfortable, pillows were soft, beautiful room, nice view, and everything in the room worked. Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate available 24/7 in lobby. I'd stay there again..
The Ladies at the front desk were so kind and patient, hats off to whoever hired these wonderful people! Room was clean and nice!
Clean and quiet room, with great customer service. Hampton Inn delivers a consistent experience, what more can you ask for?
