My stay here was amazing!!! The room was professionally cleaned. The staff was so sweet and friendly. I want to give a special kudos to Patrick!!! He was so amazing and knowledgeable about everything and even referred us to an amazing restaurant. Me and my family will most definitely be returning!

Amazing location, it felt like we had the whole island to ourselves! Brilliant facilities, good breakfast and everyone was so friendly. The rooms were great and our beach view was stunning. Would love to come back sometime!

Five stars mostly for Patrick at front desk, true example of hospitality! Hotel itself is in need of a bit of renovation. Great location. Love free breakfast on site.

Love love love this hotel. I usually stay in a king bed suite with a balcony and a whirlpool tub and it's just awesome. My only complaint, and it's small, is that as a Hilton Honors member, I've got digital check in (meaning I shouldn't have to go to the front desk at all, skipping that wait), and can just go straight to my room with a digital key. This trip I waited an hour past check in time before finally just going to the front desk and asking about it. They need to see us now, instead of just letting us check in online. Kinda annoying, but at least now I know. Oh! And one more thing. They send housekeeping to knock on your door the day you check out before 9 am to see if you've left yet....was not impressed. Please don't do that. As a woman traveling alone, that's scary.

The front desk gentleman (forgot to get his name) we had when checking in was absolutely phenomenal. He was so polite and very welcoming even while helping another guest. He held a smile on his face the whole entire time. Even went above and beyond to accommodate our room. You can definitely tell he genuinely loves his job and is great working with the public. Need more employees like him!
