My bathroom was NOT clean at all. So it makes me question what else is dirty. No microwave in rooms was inconvenient. Small variety of hot breakfast was okay. A/C and Heat control worked well. Safety issue with doors, mine didn't close unless pushed. So always push lock the door when you enter your room.
At 10:30pm I was completely naked, in the shower with the bathroom door open when a man entered my room with a key. I have a dog. I could have attacked that person, the person could have attacked me. My dog could have attacked the intruder. The person behind the desk apologized but said it wasn’t his fault. Absolutely unacceptable- mostly the total lack of accountability on behalf of the hotel.
Stayed here two nights. The room’s air conditioner turned off when I entered the room. Smelled musty. Got better with air on but noticeable whenever I entered the room. Breakfast was good and coffee hot! Nice location for my visit.
We’ve stayed at many Hamptons over the years with kids playing travel ball. This one was really the most disappointing for 9/21. Room was dirty, hairs on the console between the bed and the shower looked as though it had not been cleaned. Another family on our team had an even worse experience with room cleanliness. Breakfast items were almost completely nonexistent.
The folks at this hotel were having problems with their elevator, but were extremely accommodating and friendly. They offered to book us in a sister hotel next door, but since they had a second floor room available here it was no problem. The room was clean and comfortable and we had a nice stay.
