Hampton Inn Pensacola-Airport (Cordova Mall Area)

Just an overnight stay before moving outta state. The room was comfortable but I would have enjoyed a bath over a shower but oh well. I didn't request one and since it has been a long week moving I didn't feel like moving rooms either so the shower worked. It was nice and hot. A little small but it worked. Location was great and parking worked well as we were pulling a car hauler on a moving truck. Tons of space for us and near our room so walking from the truck to the room to the truck and room again wasn't that bad. Overall a nice place and I recommend it.

As a Hilton Honors Diamond member I was very disappointed with this property. I travel extensively and this property is certainly not up to the standards of the Hilton or Hampton properties I’ve stayed at. Very outdated in need of a facelift. Room was musty smelling and lighting was dark. Carpeting is dirty and you just wonder how thoroughly they clean the room between guest stays. As previous reviewer said this feels like a motel and not a hotel. Can you all put more towels in the room??! Breakfast was limited. No sausage or bacon if they serve biscuits and gravy? Every other property served both and had a good selection for even those on a more restricted diet. The cost was the same as other Hilton properties I’ve stayed in the past so needless to say was very disappointed with the condition of this property. Location is great and service was ok but I’ve had much better.

My husband and I travel for a living and the company books us through Hilton or Marriott. This is by far the worst one we’ve stayed at. The room feels musty because the bathroom exhaust fan doesn’t work. Broken off towel hangers and a broken shower knob. Definitely needs some TLC and updating. I’d be worried if the rooms are actually being cleaned. Breakfast was mainly up to standard except they don’t provide bacon or sausage if they serve biscuits and gravy. Really disappointing as every other location has served both. The lighting is dim and seedy throughout. Feels like a Motel more than a Hotel. A handful of the front desk employees are actually good. Most of the time they are sitting on their phones in the corner. The pool was well maintained though that was the only plus. Although your customers could get some more use out of it if it was heated.

Nice hotel; pretty much what you’d expect from Hampton Inn. My biggest complaint is that the elevators are at the other end of the building from reception desk. That’s not a huge deal but an inconvenience when you’re not expecting it. The bed was a bit firmer than I like but still comfortable. All things considered I’d recommend it.

Our stay here has been great! Our room is clean, breakfast selection is nice, and location is within walking distance to the mall. The best part of our stay has been meeting Mamie at the front desk. She is so welcoming, kind, funny, and knowledgeable. She’s a gem! ✨
