Terrible Experience – Avoid This Hotel! I stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness and condition of the room. There were visible stains on the walls, ceiling, and furniture, and the bathroom walls were broken. While the bed was clean, the overall state of the room made it feel unhygienic and poorly maintained. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk, they did offer me a different room. Unfortunately, the other rooms were just as stained as the first one. It’s clear that this is a widespread issue across the property. The lack of basic cleanliness and upkeep is unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone until they address these serious maintenance and hygiene issues.

Decent enough place. Nice receptionist when I checked in. The breakfast was decent as well. I stay in Hamptons Inns a lot when I travel. The room was smaller than most. But adequate for a single person on an overnight stay.

I have been staying at the hotel off and on for over 12 years. The hotel is aged and needs updated very badly, especially at the current nightly rate. Some of the item and issues we experienced, the sink in the bathroom drained slowly, the bathtub had a constant drip, the plug under the desk sparked and quit working, the front desk people were nice but not at all helpful. I am a diamond member with Hilton and have stayed in many hotels, this one is absolutely in the worst condition. I will not return.

Not a bad stay but...the bathroom ceiling was moldy with rust forming on anything metal including the fire sprinklers. There was old standing dust on every outlet cover and clinging to the walls in the room. For those still reading the hottub is also out of order and the pool is not heated. This hotel is also extremely overpriced for a hotel that has not been refreshed in a very long time.
