Hampton Inn Seguin

The customer service at this hotel is amazing. Richard at the front desk, thank you for your great customer service.! The Breakfast bar is the best I ever had at any hotel, keep letting the Lord use you for the glory of God your light is shining with your excellent customer service. There were so many choices to choose from, very impressed. The room was nice and clean beds were nice and comfortable. This will be my choice hotel whenever I’m in the Seguin area. Good selection of restaurants walking distance.

I cannot say enough great things about our experience at the Hampton Inn in Seguin, TX! We were in town for a conference and ended up needing last-minute accommodations after another hotel had some unexpected "issues." That’s when Richard at the front desk truly saved the day. He went above and beyond to make sure we had rooms, handling everything with professionalism and kindness. His outstanding service turned what could have been a stressful situation into a smooth and pleasant experience. Not only was Richard amazing, but the entire staff at this location was warm, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests and go the extra mile to make sure your stay is comfortable. The hotel itself was spotless, well-maintained, and had all the great amenities you’d expect from a Hampton Inn—clean and spacious rooms, a fantastic breakfast, and a relaxing atmosphere. If you’re ever in the Seguin area for a conference or any other stay, do yourself a favor and book at Hampton Inn. The service, the cleanliness, and most importantly, the people make it stand out. I stay a lot of properties. Some high end, some more standard. This hotel is solid. The rooms are clean and it’s in a quiet, convenient spot, but the real Service came from the staff. Richard at the front desk is unbelievably hospitable. My room and the property made me feel like I was at a Hampton Inn, but Richard made me feel like I was at the Ritz Carlton. Check in was already prepared. He knew my name everytime I exited and entered the building. He checked in on me via their text service to ensure everything was up to standards with the room and my stay. I can’t really explain it, but I genuinely felt appreciated and taken care of. If you’re reading this review, stop this is your stay for the night or your trip. Hands down the best in Seguin!

I’m going to be honest, I normally try to avoid the Hampton and only booked this cause everyone else was full. However, I’m grateful this happened because this experience was wonderful. Unfortunately, I didn’t grab his name but the middle age African American man with a few arm tattoos was wonderful. Super respectful, helpful, and funny. I have never had someone answer the front desk phone so fast until him. Hampton is lucky to have him as a team member. Overall very impressed with my stay.

My daughters and I stayed at this Hampton Inn on our way to Houston Friday night. I didn’t expect much out of the ordinary but wow - the staff is just exceptional here. They were helpful, friendly kind and professional from the first second. The rooms are clean and well kept. The breakfast was tasty. My daughter lost her fleece on this trip so we circled back a day later to look for it. During that stop over the staff was having a holiday meal together and they invited us to stay and eat with them. This is the vibe of this hotel. Just genuinely kind, hard working people who strive to make you feel like family while you’re here.
