Wow, what a great place to stay! There wasn't one thing that was bad, broken, or had an issue, not one complaint about anything. The manager at the front desk was a really great guy and gave us a bunch of different suggestions of places to eat dinner. He kept the pool open for us an hour later because we got back to the hotel so late. He even offered to start breakfast a little on the early side for us if time was going to be an issue in the morning for our appointments. The room was immaculate and the bed was super comfortable. There was a hot tea and coffee bar, I'm not even a fan of either, but I enjoyed a cup of apple cranberry tea. There were fresh fruit and cookies out the entire day if you wanted a quick snack. The free breakfast area was amazing. This is the best stay I've had at a hotel in a very long time.
Came here to meet with a long-distance friend! Although my friend got into a fender-bender on the property, the staff were so compassionate and understanding. They came out, offered us hot drinks free-of-charge in the snow, & checked to make sure we were both okay. The rooms were very neat, with warm sheets and a mini fridge/microwave. They serve a very nice hot breakfast as well! The only problem I had was that the driveway into the property is very easy to miss & inconspicuous.
It's clean, the employees were all nice and most of the breakfast was good enough. None of the furniture was comfortable, the noise level was horrible, the coffee was irredeemable, and the hot tub was broken, and we really were looking forward to using it. Won't be returning.
My family & I stood here 1 night while visiting my Niece. We checked in after 9pm. Dee was at the front desk. She had fresh coffee on [regular & decaf]. An array of tea varieties out. She was an absolute pleasure. The hotel was clean. Rooms were great. Full breakfast. All staff that we met were friendly & welcoming. Would definitely stay here again & recommend it for anyone visiting the area.
