Our stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Langley was fantastic, thanks in large part to Connie at the front desk. She went above and beyond to make us feel truly valued—not just another guest, but a welcome part of their hospitality. The accommodations were comfortable and accommodating, making for a relaxing stay. We also appreciated the delicious hot breakfast in the morning and the convenience of 24-hour coffee and tea in the lobby. A wonderful experience all around!

During my transition to a new house, I found myself staying here for several days. This was amidst the COVID-19 regulations, which meant the pool was unavailable and breakfast consisted of boiled eggs and fruit to go. Despite these limitations, the hotel staff truly excelled in their service, always friendly and attentive to my needs. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay. The rooms were not only clean and spacious but also incredibly comfortable. As a solo female traveler, I felt a strong sense of safety here. I became a member of the Hilton Honors program after my stay at this hotel, as it provided a wonderful introduction to the quality and care associated with Hilton. Although I have encountered some disappointing experiences with the Hilton brand since then, the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Langley-Surrey remains a standout. In fact, it is likely the best Hilton hotel I have ever experienced, even after staying at many others. I often reminisce about my time there, and even when I visit Curio Collections and other more upscale Hilton properties, I find myself comparing those experiences to this one. This hotel which truly stands out, especially for budget travellers.

It's a decent hotel for family stays if you're in the Langley/Surrey area. The pool has a water slide and is nice for children along with a hot tub for relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are standard, clean and spacious. I'd recommend it.

The staff here were professional, friendly, and helpful. My group was in town for a funeral we had a number of rooms there and when we needed a place to hold a gathering they were able to offer the conference room to host our extended family on short notice. The kids had a great time in the pool and on the waterslide. The pool area was always clean and the water was being tested regularly. The included breakfast had a lot of nutritious options and was well staffed. We will stay here again.

The service at this hotel is exceptional. I had a problem with my cell phone and the front desk team member graciously gave me step by step directions from the airport to the hotel on several calls. During my stay, all the rest of the staff was also friendly and helpful. The rooms and breakfast were the usual Hampton Inn quality. The location is close to the road but the traffic noise wasn't a problem for me. I would definitely stay here again.
