Hampton Inn & Suites Charleston/Mt. Pleasant-Isle Of Palms

My husband and I come to this hotel at least once a year and we bring our two dogs. It is a very pet friendly hotel. The staff is always very friendly and very helpful. We had an issue with the new TVs they installed, but they were quick to help us out and unfortunately, we even had to change rooms because the new TV is that they installed. This one was not working properly and we could not get live channels. The continental breakfast that they serve every morning is wonderful. The food was good for a continental breakfast plenty to choose from. Wish they had more gluten-free options. The location is the reason we always come back to this hotel as well as the fact that it is clean and the staff is very friendly. And of course they are pet friendly hotel! Hilton always has the best hotels as well.

The suite we had was very spacious, with a separate kitchen and living area. The bathroom was a little small, and the tub had a VERY slow drain, allowing water to stay backed up in the tub, gross! I would stay again, provided they fixed the tub issues.

I always try to stay in this Hampton Inn when I visit Charleston. I had a very enjoyable several-day stay here recently,. The hotel is ideally located near the beach, shopping and restaurants. The rooms are great: quiet at night, nice bathrooms, comfortable beds, and the entire hotel is beautifully maintained. Special thanks to Carrie, front desk supervisor for making my visit extra comfortable!

Great breakfast selection. Nice rooms, very clean. My first night did not pack comb or toothpaste, and Carrie the hotel front desk person found both. I really appreciated her finding these. It is not really common today to find these unless in an expensive hotel.

Stayed at the Hampton Inn, Isle of Palms, and had a fantastic experience! The beds were very comfortable, though the hotel may be about two years from needing cosmetic updates, this small detail didn't detract from our stay. The location is perfect, close to everything. The staff was friendly, and the amenities were great. Would definitely stay here again!
