Hampton Inn & Suites Chincoteague-Waterfront

Best Hampton Inn & Suites I have ever stayed. Exceptionally clean, very generous with everything. The staff at the front desk was courteous and helpful. The location is fantastic with amazing water view. I was at the hotel couple of days ago, the Christmas decorations were beautiful, even the Christmas tree you can tell was done with so much love. During this trip I stayed in 2 other Hampton Inn & Suites different places but no comparison. I will highly recommend It.

I honestly can't remember ever writing a Hotel review. I had heard that this particular Hampton Inn has been awarded the #1 best hotel in the U.S., namely the Conrad Hilton "Connie" Award for the last 19 years. Wow! Obviously, a reputation that is very difficult to live up to, but from the moment we drove onto the property well lit parking lot at 10 p.m., we pulled into the wider than standard parking stall and happened to notice the beautiful landscaping. Prior to entering we were greeted by an employee sweeping the already clean entrance way. Upon checking in we found the front desk attendant to be quite professional, warm and genuinely kind. Room access key in hand, we stopped by the complimentary clean coffee, water, refreshment station equipped with an abundance of coffee condiments. We take the elevator up to the room. The room, bathroom and balcony were immaculately clean. The next morning I went down to access the well attended clean and complimentary breakfast and it actually was a breakfast...Eggs, bagels and cream cheese and more, toast, English muffins, muffins, scones, yogurt, sausage, and assortment of cereals, 3 waffle makers (with fresh fruit) and toppings and get this, " Real Butter," maple syrup with and without sugar. Maid service personnel were professional, warm and once again Kind with many of the Hotel staff wishing us a Happy Thanksgiving. My wife and I, through the years, have stayed at well over two hundred hotels and many of the hotels all too often over promise and under deliver majoring in the science of mediocrity. Well, the Chincoteague, Hampton Inn is an amazing place and will meet or exceed any expectations that the most persnickety person might hold. So, do I recommend the Chincoteague, Hampton Inn?...Ah Yes!

This was the perfect place to stay. Everyone was so nice & wanted your stay to be best. When eating breakfast we sat inside by the water & got to see dolphins 🐬 come out of the water! It was an awesome experience. Thank you Hampton Inn for making our stay a much better time.

Really nice hotel. Rooms were big and clean. They had a nice pool area and hot tub. The breakfast was good. A shout out to Heather, who actually came up to our room to fix our Internet. She’s an asset to your business.

Everything about this hotel is the best. Most unbelievable lobby overlooks gorgeous Bayview. Everything is just a little bit better than a regular hampton inn .better furniture,pool,lobby, breakfast . If you want water,quiet,beautiful and better. This is the place. Might be the nicest hampton inn I have ever seen! And I am a Hilton honors member for 3 decades.
